Antonio Colaianni, a well-known chef in the gastronomy scene, runs this chic gourmet restaurant in the Albisrieden neighbourhood together with host Marco Pero as a great addition to their ‘Trattoria’ in the same building. As a native Italian, he impresses with Italian-French dishes that incorporate traditional and modern influences in equal measure. This works wonderfully in his 5-course menu, for example with ‘Tonno Rosso - Bluefin Tuna and King Crab’ or ‘Tre Volte Manzo - Fillet, shoulder and essence of beef with Périgord truffle’. Not forgetting the orecchiette made by his mother Maria herself, which he prepares with polpettine and tomato sugo. Incidentally, Antonio Colaianni likes to come to the table in person and usually serves his dishes himself. The restaurant is open Thu - Sat. The aperitif starts at 6.30 pm and the menu starts at 7.15 pm. If you arrive by car, it is best to park in the adjacent public car park (access via Flurstrasse 116).
