Biomedical scientist Leili Nahidiazar moved from Iran to the Netherlands 17 years ago with her family to pursue a PhD in cancer cell biology. She works as a research account manager at Miltenyi Biotec Co, and is also a novelist and poet. These were the first words she learned in Dutch – her seventh language.
