Restaurant Bouchon du Centre, an institution for Amsterdammers who love French – and specifically Lyonnaise – food, is closing its doors. Owner Hanneke Schouten (67) is calling it a day in Amsterdam after 27 years. ‘I’ve become friends with many of my regular guests, I will certainly keep seeing them.’
